Good idea but bad implementation

There are many bugs in the app: 1) the login screen doesnt go to the next screen, 2) the tickets paid dont appear, 3) some times a right login isnt accepted by the system, 4) the credit card informed to be saved disappear, etc But guys: dont give up! Fix the bugs and pay attention for the test phase, test and re-test because the idea of the app is beautiful!

The app is very good, Please fit the app on to the iPad, iPhone only because this is running on.

Great, but ...

This App is greate. Have a lot of usefull features for the park, but it crashes more than 6 times at my day. I used it with iPhone 4 and iOS 6. This is the reason why i selected only 3 stars. Nonetheless, thanks.

only works when online

the app might be fantastic when you have data plan and be online while visiting. if you dont have a data plan (e.g. because you are from another country and data roaming is off) then the app is useless. you cant even see the show schedules. but hey! there are plans and schedules available on paper in the park

Worth it for free but...

Worked well but the gps kept telling me I was not in the park when I was right in the center of it. Lineup info was also not up to date all the time.

Downloaded to get ride wait times, no times available anywhere.

No offline support

Useless, gave an unable to update error as soon as we arrived and the show times all disappeared.

This app is useless unless you download additional files after downloading the app. As soon as you open it, it asks you to download 3 map files from 3 different places.

You will be disappointed

Thought it would be cool to have all the information about the park at my fingertips. I downloaded it and used it the first day, but the show times were all wrong and I missed the only whale show of the day. It amazes me that a major park would be so reckless to disappoint their paying customers. The guest services person couldnt care less when I brought it to her attention. I am so disappointed in this app and the customer service.

Keeps resetting to old expired passes, same as website. Trash.

This app keeps resetting my passes to last years expired passes so I cant use it. It is just as bad as the pass member portion of the website.

Junk

I logged into the app and everything seemed to be fine. After I closed the app and tried logging in again, it said invalid password. I KNOW I had the correct pw. I reset my pw twice and verified this on the website. The app STILL said it was incorrect. DELETED. I miss Disney.

"Worst piece of crap" is too lenient

Nothing works in this app. I spent over $1000 for season passes and Seaworld says sorry never heard of those passes. What a bunch of mercenary morons. Dont download.

Cant even handle a login!!!!

I tried logging in with the account i just created buying tickets, didnt recognize the password. I reset the password, it still didnt let me log in. WTH!! I logged into the website but i cant log into the app. It doesnt let me create a new account with that email, which means it recognizes my email, but not the password! Why do the release a product that is at best a beta, i dont understand. Extremely disappointing

A great piece of sh*t

Being a Mac user for 14 years, this is the first time ever I write a review. I couldnt be more frustrated than working with this app. I simply cant log into my account with correct email address and password, with which I can log in on the website. If sea world couldnt even verify a login, then dont publish the app to waste other peoples time.

Crappy app

Spent way too long on this piece of junk. Wont let me log in- says invalid username even after resetting multiple times. I really wanted a quick queue pass for one ride which is only available on the app and cant get it. Stupid!!

Piece of crap

Cant login to the app to see purchases or use passes. Reset password twice and still wont log me in. Huge waste!

Not working

This app isnt working for me at all. Keeps saying password is incorrect to login. I went through the steps to redo password and I still can not log in.

Good for navigation

Honestly, I support the app developers. I made all my purchases through my computer - not through the app. I downloaded this app inside the park (free WiFi, thank you) and used it to navigate to several different shows and rides through the park. The app did great there. Plus, it gives you show times, wait times as theyre updated and brief info about the rides and shows. Overall - the app served me well. To the developers - youve done a decent job. I dont know about the payments etc., but the rest of the app is good.

Do Not Buy Reserved Seating!

I initially downloaded this app to navigate through the park and did like the additional features of purchasing reserved seating, being able to have the app map out the path to each exhibit I wanted to see, and also the ability to pay for items without using my credit card (similar to Apple Pay or Disney Magic bands). The navigation worked well. Only used it a few times, but it was accurate. The Quick Pay did not work. I tried it at one of the stands and the cashier said it can take a while before it is active. Maybe if you are spending several days at the park its worth it but not if you are there for a day. Hopefully it was just a bug for me and it works for everyone else. The card I used worked fine when I swiped it at the stands so it wasnt an issue with the bank or credit limit. As for the reserved seating: the app says "Reserved Seating, get up close". I purchased three seats ($21) so my daughter could watch the orca show up close in the event the theater was very crowded. When we arrived I was told the seats were the top/back section of the theater. How that is considered up close I dont know. I found seats within the first few rows and did not redeem my reserved seats. I contacted customer service for a refund and they refused to give me one. I had contacted them immediately after the show ended and described the issue and the answer was no. Great customer service there, they are falsely advertising close seats and then refuse to give a refund when called out on it. I did not really use the other features in the app, but if these are any indication of how they operate, I wouldnt trust them. I have always loved seaworld and what they do. Most of the team members were very polite and knowledgeable. I always enjoy going and learning more about each animal. I would easily rate the park at 4 stars, but the app will get 1 based on the false advertising, lousy customer service, and having features that do not work. If anyone from the app team reads this, I would gladly discuss my complaints with them.
