Doesnt stay logged in; doesnt show existing annual passes unless you do a work around;

Wouldnt add our purchased tickets. Found them in our purchase history but thats not usable. Had to call Cst. Support and they said we should print them out. Error messages. Wont keep me logged in. Uhg. Might not have done 1* if we hadnt just used the fantastic Disneyland app over the weekend. You got some catching up to do Sea World

Problems I had: 1. I tried to purchase tickets from the app but got an error and so I went to the website. 2. Every time I went to my account I had to login again and (3.) it still didnt show my purchased tickets. 4. At the park, Orlando, there wasnt enough signal for the app to work (att carrier). 5. This not an app problem but an observation from the park, why am I creating an account through sea world and I get photos taken there... I dont get to access the photos online or on the app. And give me more than a day to look at them.

I cant believe with what this park is dealing with they dont try to make the guest that are willing to pay happy. The app will not add my pass, will not scan, the map always need to update. Ps. The website is not working much better.

Dont even bother downloading this app. Nothing works. I mean nothing. Cant even find my passes I purchased online.

What a piece of crap! Constantly freezes up which frustrating beyond words. Whoever developed this app should be FIRED immediately and go work at McDonalds....

The only good functionality of this App is the ability to find my car. Every place within the park that I tried to use the payment feature refused and indicated it never worked. Dont bother to install!

Did the whole scavenger hunt at SeaWorld San Antonio, only to getting the last badge and find its in an inaccessible part of the park. My kids were really disappointed.

It was so helpful and well designed. While others were fumbling with paper maps I had interactive with wait times, and the take me there function even gives the route. You can browse attractions, read descriptions or see in detail what food choices are in your area. This is a must have for your visit. Well done!

Pros: the picture frame, time of shows Cons:everything else!! When we tried to purchase anything it would walk me through the whole process and at the end say error and close it all out. The badge game wouldnt work at all the whole day. Not worth it al all. Big disappointment.

This app rocks! All the way down to the Car Finder feature... This is the app that Disney parks needs blows my mind no one built one yet! Keep it up devs!! Lovely work!

I appreciated having the park maps on my phone, but my battery drained too quickly to use it throughout the day. The GPS worked pretty nicely too. The biggest hassle (and drain on battery) was having to redownload the map and attraction data every time I reopened the app. It used my location to "suggest" which sea world location I would want, but never remembered my choice. It didnt cache the downloaded info either, so it wasted my data too. With a little refactoring, I think the app could be improved quite a bit. Also, it would be great if sea world invested in Apples iBeacon technology for navigation and attraction info/deals. This would provide more accurate location tracking and preserve battery life.

Complete waste. Besides draining my battery, The only thing it did was photo frames and crash every time I tried to do anything else at all. (Iphone5) one star because it wont accept zero.

The app made it very easy to navigate the park and I loved that it had the show and wait times for most rides

Dont bother trying to use "Quick" Pay option in the app - nobody at the registers in the park know what to do with it! Its anything but quick when they have to get a manager to figure out what to do with it.

Camera function crashes the app on iPhone6 and several pages when you scroll to the bottom of the page crashes the app. One of those pages is from maps select shows and scroll to the bottom and app shuts down.

Having successfully logged In via the website, knowing my email and pw are correct and even resetting password, app will not allow me to log in to view passes so I can enter park without having to go through horrible guest svc! We have annuals and can log in to main app page but it wont let me sign in to view my passes. Keeps telling me combination are Incorrect. Not sure what happened but this app worked fine in the past...now, not at all!

Whenever I try to read a removed pass it states the pass is invalid and I cannot read the pass please fix with next update!!

The app keeps kicking me out every time I go into it.

What a disaster of an app. Seaworld should be ashamed to put such a useless and frustrating piece of software out there. It crashes constantly and many of the detail pages for attractions and shows have nothing on them. The app was so useless I ended up having to carry a paper map. Totally frustrating that did not enhance the guest experience. This is on a iPhone 5S running iOS 9.0.2.
