The app wont open it crashes as soon as i attemp to open the app

I am impress with this app! We used it extensively for our first trip to Sea World. We didnt know where anything was, and it helped us get to every show and attraction on time. It is very well laid out and easy to use. The only thing about it is that it uses your GPS constantly and drains the battery more quickly when using it. Make sure you have a full charge or take your charger and cable with you to the park. Youll need it. I wish more parks would have something like this available. Never go to Sea World without it!

I wish this app worked because I would use it all the time. It runs really slow, the nap is hard to follow and I really wish the quick pay would work so I didnt have to bring money or my wallet but every time I go to use it, it never works and then Im holding up the line. I also added all my annual passes only half of them disappeared and when I try to re add them it wont let me. A lot of bugs to be worked out and I think it would be a good app.

Bought my tickets using this app. Cannot find them on the app. I can go to full site and find my tickets. I had to stop at main gate and get them to manually print tickets because the e-ticket does not work.

The app is great - you can purchase tickets and add ons, access park maps and show times....but the fact that I have to reset my password (not enter it, completely reset it) each time I log in warrants a 1-star. Thats plain ridiculous and time consuming. Fix it and it will be worth a download. Otherwise avoid the app.

Please fix app crashes on startup

Bought tickets this morning and the app does not show them. Had to print out the tickets and just went ahead and printed maps. This app serves no purpose really.

This app is useless. It takes mins for it to load. Never syncs the visit with the profile. Still have long way to go.

Will not let me add passes. Out of 5 only let me upload 2 and says rest cannot be found.

I love the app! It works so well and tells you everything you may need for the park, like hours and showtimes!

Great potential, too bad they dont update the wait times. Shipwreck said 15 minute wait on the app but was >45 minutes. Similar experience with other rides.

Unfortunately despite having the park hours and show times this app was not what I needed. It does not have live wait times and the map does not work very well.

No one knew how to scan so I could use my credit card that was linked to it. My meal card did not get linked neither did my day pass. Problems All day!!!!

Glad to have a map at my fingertips but very disappointed that I cannot view wait times on the attractions. Ive tried several times and options and the times never display. Very disappointing!!

Open the app and it crashes. Tried to change parks and it crashes. The first pop up they want to get in your wallet deeper by upgrading your ticket

I cant get my annual passes to show up... It does not recognize my user and password 80% of the time. Needs a lot of work.

Im unable to login to my SeaWorld account to retrieve my tickets and add-ons. I triple-checked that Im using the right email and password. Im able to login on the website but not on this app!

Extremely upset that we missed the Orca show due to incorrect times on the app. As soon as we walked in the park, we were given a map with completely different times. Dont waste your time.

Specifically downloaded this app so we would have updated showtimes. The showtimes on the park map or incorrect so I downloaded the app hoping they would be accurate. Well, they are nonexistent. There were no showtimes listed for any shows. There is a helpful feature that helps give you directions to different attractions in the park and creates a live map as you walk. This app would be great if it performs as advertised.
